The Carroll County Judicial Center is a replacement facility for the county’s court services and is located adjacent to the historic courthouse, built in 1928, which will remain. Security is given top priority at the new facility, and GSST&J’s design addressed the concern for security with many strategies and on many levels. The Judicial Center conveniently brings nearly all county court services and agencies under one roof and provides modernized, expanded space for each department. The design also features an enhanced, feature-rich package of courtroom technologies.
