Create a Student Success and Advising Center that is centralized, easy to find and easy to navigate – a student-friendly and student-focused one-stop-shop, if you will. This goal is achieved in our Atlanta Met project by creating a spacious, open, and light-filled lobby and waiting area that is supported by an adjacent and highly visible multi-department help desk, computer kiosks for self-help, shared personnel resources, meeting spaces, and way-finding features. Admissions, registrar, financial aid, and ongoing student support are some of the departments represented.
