The primary purpose of this renovation was to affordably update the Westcott Administration Building's dark 1970s-era interiors. The interior aesthetics were improved by incorporating a light material palette of natural wood, porcelain tile, and patterned glass. The overall lighting was upgraded with accent lighting employed in major public areas. The floor plan was redesigned to establish discrete rooms for the various departments of the business office. Additionally, important life safety and acoustical enhancements were made. The work was designed and scheduled to allow for full occupancy of half of the building during construction.
