The Carver High School was constructed with a CM-at-risk, and we were able to work closely with the Contractor to keep the project in budget while at the same time increasing the school program by at least 30,000 square feet. The site also had a wide variety of topographical change and was small piece of land for a high school. So in our designs we worked very closely with the Owner to provide a softball, baseball, track and practice football field on a 22 acre site. LEED Silver certified.
