Construction of an overhead and grade level walkways between buildings 5012 and 5080. Improvements made to designated STEM and CTAE classrooms: replace lighting with LED fixtures and ceiling tile; patch and paint walls; replace millwork and include vent hoods, gas valves, and sinks; and replace carpet with VCT. Scope for each classroom/space will be assessed on a case by case basis. Tennis courts converted into 98 parking spaces.
