Gardner Spencer Smith Tench & Jarbeau, P.C. was founded in 1983 as Gardner Spencer Associates. Founding partners, Joe Gardner and Les Spencer, have a professional relationship that began in the early 1970’s while classmates at Georgia Tech. Ownership was expanded internally to include Randy Smith, David Tench, and most recently, Keith Solomon – all currently full partners in the firm.
Initially serving local commercial accounts, the practice now includes a diverse mix of public and private clients located throughout the southeast. Specializations have emerged through extensive project experience in higher education facilities, K-12 schools, libraries, performing arts, municipalities, and facilities renovations/additions.
